Child Safety Standards

Foreal Child Safety Standards
Foreal ("App") and Foreal ("Developer") are committed to maintaining a safe platform and have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
These Child Safety Standards apply to all users of the Foreal application and related services.
Zero Tolerance for CSAE
Foreal strictly prohibits any activity involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Grooming or attempting to groom a minor.
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Soliciting, facilitating, or encouraging illegal activity involving minors.
- Using the platform to exploit or endanger children in any way.
Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently suspended or terminated without notice.
Where required by law, Foreal will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and appropriate child protection organizations.
Age Requirement
Foreal is a dating application intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the platform.
Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be removed immediately.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report any profile, message, image, or behavior they believe violates these Child Safety Standards using the in-app reporting features.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team as quickly as possible.
Content Moderation
Foreal actively works to maintain a safe environment by:
- Reviewing user reports.
- Removing content that violates our policies.
- Suspending or permanently banning offending accounts.
- Taking appropriate action when Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is identified.
- Cooperating with relevant legal authorities when required.
Compliance
Foreal complies with applicable child protection laws and regulations.
When Foreal obtains actual knowledge of CSAM on the platform, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards requirements.
